We need your help in getting this situation properly addressed. Past experience has shown that the only way to get this fellow to come in line with the law, local city ordinances, and the Maple Hills restrictive covenant requirements, is to do it legally through the courts (direct negotiation has repeatedly failed).

We've set up an account to help fund the legal action necessary to do this and maintain this web site. All donations are TOTALLY ANONYMOUS through Pay-Pal. We've been advised by a competent & experienced councel in these matters that the legal issues involved here are really quite simple and any action should not be difficult to resolve. Any excess funds will be posted on this site and their potential use discussed on this site previous to deployment; such as actual site improvements within the park & trail, hiring a land planner to work with the county to add a foothill ordinance, regrading & vegetation restoration on the perpetrators property.
